Edging and dopamine

Hi every one

I had a normal orgasm for many years but I did something wrong and it ruined my life.
I learned how to edge, it was too good, you could have pleasure without ejaculating and I would do it for hours and days. After some couple of days that I edged continually for hours, I started to lose the pleasure. I searched the web about edging and found the harmfulness of it. I think somehow it is related to dopamine. I know that edging caused the anhedonia for me but I don't know how to cure it. I really want to cure this problem:(

I been edging for years and it helps me.  The more the pleasure builds the greater sensation at orgasm.  I will edge for about an hour and a half to 2 hours before I cum.  I am on Adderall though so maybe that's why I notice good orgasm.  I have been good since I started the adderall
